    International Student Declaration of Finances

    This form must be completed by all students who are currently living outside the United States and are not U.S. Citizens or living inside the United States on a current Visa who intend to be enrolled full-time at Emmanuel college. The form must be accompanied by current (no older than nine months) proof of funding for the first year of studies in the form of a notarized bank letter or bank statement. The bank letter or bank statement must include the date of funding and the account holder's name. Proof of funding is needed for all funding sources. The total costs that must be documented can be found on the second page of this form.

    FINANCIAL CERTIFICATION
    To be issued a student visa eligibility document, proof of funding for the first year of tuition, fees, and living expenses must be provided. The total available funds should exceed or equal the following estimate of costs per year:
    Undergraduate Tuition: $48,064
    Required First year College Fees: $886
    Housing and Meals: $18,280
    Health Insurance: $3,900
    Books and supplies $1,000
    Minimum Personal Expenses $5,000
    Total: $77,130
    The total estimated expenses for AY 2025-2026 will be finalized in Spring 2025. There may be an increase to the estimated costs and additional financial documentation will need to be provided in order to be issued an I-20 from Emmanuel College.

    Please list the names of any intended sponsors of your study abroad (these would be relatives helping to fund your college expenses). Please list their information below:

    If  you are supported by family funds or another sponsor you must submit a notarized bank letter that specifies a dollar amount. This figure does not need to be the total amount in the account, just an amount in excess of the total financial certification. In addition, have your family member or sponsor complete the following:
